| IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED? Yes, all charter orders require a deposit to hold a bus, usually 20% of the total charter cost. Deposits are refundable in agreement with our contract and confirmation that we provide to you. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE A BUS? It is best to call as soon as you know the dates you may require our services. Buses are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. CAN I BRING ALCOHOL ON THE BUS? No— alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Flagship buses. IS FOOD AND DRINK ALLOWED ON THE BUS? Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed on our coaches, we just ask that you refrain from bringing glass containers, and please remove any litter. CAN I SMOKE ON THE BUS? No— State and Federal law prohibits smoking on buses. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A BUS? Your deposit is refundable if your coach is canceled 30 days in advance of your trip. WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE? A final payment is due ten days prior to the date of your trip. DO I HAVE TO TIP THE DRIVER? You are not obligated to tip the driver, but it is customary and appreciated. Generally, 10% of the charter cost is standard. |
